We have three rental options (all include exclusive use of waterfront + activities:
Rent our bunk barn (can sleep 30) $995 per night
Rent the owners lodge. (Can sleep 10) $1295 per night
Add the Cowboy Cabin to either (can sleep 6) for $200 per night.

or rent all three and get exclusive use of waterfrontage, boat house and kayaks $1795 per night. SPECIAL July BOOKINGS only $1595. per night (must pay in full at time of booking)

Our ranch sits on a beautiful quiet cove on Lake Fork. We are a working 26-acre horse Ranch with boat house /pier/ ramp (with running water/electricity/fishing lights,etc).

We are not a business rather a small ranch we share on limited dates. The ranch is built with the old west in mind and some re-purposed barn wood and barn tin but with modern conveniences like, washer/dryer, commercial sinks, large stocked kitchen area, New Oven, Refrigerator, microwave, utensils, pots, etc.
Also a outdoor kitchen area with electric smoker, BBQ Grill (charcoal), Fire pits etc.. with pool table, ping pong, foosball, basketball, tether ball, washers, volleyball, horseshoes, dart area, upstairs sundeck overlooking lake, a tree house w/ slide & faux rock wall for the kiddos etc.

We have some flex space to accommodate more people. As well as free folding tables with chairs for larger groups. All utensils, linens, towels, TP, trash bags, bedding are included with our rentals.

We also offer RVs, RV pads and RV parking for our guests at a discounted rate.

Rental Options. Spring Special (expires 3.1.24) Two offerings.

1. Bunk Barn+ Cowboy Cabin + Owners Lodge normally $1795. per night
Book now pay in full @ $1595. per night (excludes holidays)

2. Bunk Barn at $995 per night. Add the cowboy cabin $100 per night (save $100)

Book now+ pay in full and receive late check out (5pm) and our kayak package FREE. (2 N min weekends) with either special.

Ask about day only Venue rental. Rates vary depending on date and # of guests and the event. Avg rate is $1250.

Fishing Report from TPWD (Apr. 9)

GOOD. Water Stained; 63 degrees; 0.25 feet below pool. Bass are good with chatterbaits and spinnerbait round spawning flats and secondary points in 1-4 feet of water. Designated Hitters rigged with beaver type baits and rage craws are good flipping at the edge of grass or flooded weeds in 1-3 feet and out to 5 feet on big wood. Frogs are producing a few catches on matted weeds in 1-3 feet. Report by Marc Mitchell, Lake Fork Guide Service. Black bass are shallow, fish warm windy banks.Top water bite is on! Small bait fish patterns are working well. The crappie are moving shallow, small clouser minnows are producing well. Large bream have moved shallow, wooly buggers are producing good fish. Channel catfish are cruising in 2-4 feet of water biting clouser minnows. Report by Guide Alex Guthrie, Fly Fish Fork Guide Service. Lake Fork crappie fishing has been super up and down just like the weather has been. Some days there are fish up shallow in less than 5 feet of water and the next day they are gone. It has been the same with fish in timber, bridges and brush piles. When you do find the fish it has been a good bite and some days we load the boat. We have fish in every stage of the spawn still. Crappie are scattered in 2-40 feet biting swimbaits, minnows, hand tied jigs and soft plastics. Report by Jacky Wiggins, Jacky Wiggins Guide Service.
